I immediately tried it on some stingray flaps that my son caught last week i had frozen , with your spices and wrapped in bacon and chucked on the barby with the lid on.I did'nt smoke them just slow cooked them. Mate they were wonderful, your spice blends just give it that wonderful kick of flavor. Thank you very much for the fast and safe delivery. Buddy, Saw your video on cleaning sheepshead on youtube, thanks for the tips. Caught a big ol one (27") surf fishing on a flea last night. Just wanted to share a story with you. We just returned from a sailing trip to the British Virgin islands. We shipped alot of frozen meats and items to cook with so that we wouldn't have to go to shore to buy things. Well of all things everyone forgot was the SALT. yes the salt.. we had pepper, garlic..everything but the the SALT. I took my seasoning that i purchased from you. It was a lifesaver. Everything that needed salt had your seasonings. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the save. You'll be hearing from us soon for more of your seasonings..
